I created this page to help me plan special events like birthdays, anniversary parties, etc.  It has several sections which I will outline below.

  1. The to do list- A mini check list of the items on the planner as you complete each one.
  2. Possible dates and times
  3. Venue ideas
  4. Theme ideas
  5. Menu: Drinks
  6. Menu: Food
  7. Games and Activities
  8. Favor Ideas
  9. Decoration Ideas
  10. Guest List
  11. Supplies
  12. Head Count

The Birthday Questionnaire

This is a fun little page I give to my kiddos to help me get ideas for planning their party. It has questions pertaining to their birthday such as:

  • What kind of birthday do you want to have?
  • Who do you want to invite?
  • Is there a special place you would like to have your party?
  • What flavor of cake and ice cream do you want?
  • Do you want food at your party? If so, what kind?
  • Birthday wish list

I always make sure to tell them that they probably won’t get everything that is on the list, instead it’s just for me to get some great ideas.

You can make your own based off of what I just told you OR you can download and print them below.

I'm a 30 year old stay at home mom of 4. I have been homeschooling for about 2 years now, and am a 2nd generation homeschooler. My oldest 2 children attended public school before we started homeschooling. I am a compulsive organizer and cleaner. I HATE clutter and crumbs! I also love to craft and come up with fun ideas to do as a family! Before staying at home I ran a daycare, then was the bar manager of a members only club. So not only do I have a background with children, besides my own, but I have a background with childhood education and a background in business and financial management.
