Free Writing Christmas Letters for Kids Bundle

When we moved away from our family a few years ago I decided that I wanted to have my children keep in touch in a special way, more than just a phone call. I was inspired by the letters you will sometimes receive from family members around Christmas telling all about their year, the accomplishments and fails, how their child got braces and now they struggle with making sure he brushes his teeth correctly, haha.

Also being a homeschool parent I, of course, had to figure out a way to work some sort of educational aspect into it. Both of my children have struggled with writing, spelling, proper sentence structure, punctuation, among other things off and on for a while. I wrote up a set of instructions, made several copies of Christmas letter paper, and had my children work on these letters for the first few weeks of December.

You can download a free kids Christmas letter writing packet below.

I'm a 30 year old stay at home mom of 4. I have been homeschooling for about 2 years now, and am a 2nd generation homeschooler. My oldest 2 children attended public school before we started homeschooling. I am a compulsive organizer and cleaner. I HATE clutter and crumbs! I also love to craft and come up with fun ideas to do as a family! Before staying at home I ran a daycare, then was the bar manager of a members only club. So not only do I have a background with children, besides my own, but I have a background with childhood education and a background in business and financial management.
