This week I decided to do something that goes right in key with your New Year’s resolution. It will go hand in hand with my previous free printable Exercise Log. You can find the Free Exercise Log by going to this post.
To get YOU in order for the New Year I made a Food Intake Log.
This log includes areas to keep track of breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, and drinks. It also has an area to keep track of your water intake.
In each section there are 3 lines to write what you eat and next to each line is a small line to keep track of calories, fat, or whatever else you choose to keep track of. There is enough space to keep track of 3 days worth of food and drinks along with a space to total out what you have chosen to keep track of. You can check them out below.
